This June, PSC Insurance Group has acquired Blackadder Kelton and BM Insurance Brokers to establish a new PSC business in one of the most exciting and dynamic markets in Australia.

The businesses will retain their unique identities as PSC Blackadder and BM Insurance Brokers however the group will benefit from greater leverage within the Insurance sector offering benefits to clients, staff and suppliers. PSC Blackadder gains Steadfast Group membership and access to the variety of benefits, of which BM currently enjoys.

Blackadder Kelton Insurance Brokers, led by Directors Andrew and Margaret Blackadder along with their son Cameron has insured Territory businesses and families for over ten years. Cameron Blackadder will continue to manage the business unit and all current staff will continue with the business whilst Andrew and Margaret make the ‘sea change’ in moving to NSW.

Cameron and his team are welcomed into the PSC Group where they will have access to enhanced service capabilities, technology and training which will create broader opportunities for both staff and clients.

BM Insurance Brokers was established in 2007 by Bernie Shackcloth and has grown to be quality provider of insurance solutions in the Darwin region. Bernie will be the local Director representative for PSC in the territory and will hold equity in the newly formed PSC Insurance Brokers (Darwin) Pty Ltd.
